- To strengthen inter-regional linkages , economic activity and
regional institutional capacity through Chambers of Commerce
and the business community.
- To unite all stake-holders and communities, to work together
and break traditional barriers and monopolies that cause,
unhealthy competition/manipulation, lack of transparency and
good governance, suspicion, disunity and marginalization.
- To promote an inclusive approach where resources and
knowledge are shared and distributed equitably.
- To encourage regional business to actively participate and take
responsibility, by providing space for local ownership in issues
affecting regional development, resource distribution, national
unity and the peace process - "A bottom up approach".
- To network regional business for Conflict Transformation.
- To create a platform for sharing accurate information, and for
responsible dialog on peace and economic issues.
- To provide Communication and Media coverage for responsible
advocacy, for fostering national unity and regional
empowerment.
- To lobby for regional inclusion in policy making and to influence
policy makers on issues affecting peace and stability.
- To practice and promote the principles of Corporate Social
Responsibility.
- To facilitate direct funding to the regions to minimize regional
disparities caused by inefficiencies in utilizing and distributing
resources and donor funds.
- To provide capacity at regional level for transparency, good
governance, effective implementation and sustainability of
projects.
